  Jim the manager was fantastic. I can’t speak more highly of him. He was very professional and helpful at all time, worked with me on the best tires for my SUV. What stood out to me was he put his hand out to shake mine and thank for the business. Stand up individual. I will always come back to the Pasadena Mr. Tires

  Ripoff! I took my vehicle in for a basic oil change for $49. I figured that after the additional fees it should cost me around $60 give or take a few dollars. When my car was done they charged me $133!!! They said it was because my car was full synthetic so they had to do the more expensive oil change. The never got my permission to do this. I am on a fixed budget and cannot afford to put out the extra money but i had to in order to get my car back. I felt like I was scammed and taken advantage of because I'm a woman. Corporate didnt do anything about it either. They said they would call me back the next day and its been 3 days now with no return call. I will never go back.

  Came in for a flat tire. Got 2 new tires and the front driver side tire was leaking air after I picked it up. Brought it back in they said it was the bead seal. Tire was still leaking had to bring it in again. Specifically mentioned the valve stems (standard rubber stems not TPMS) and they insisted it was probably the wheel itself. Leaked again brought it back in. They put a new tire on it. Still leaked. At this point it was clear they were not competent. I took it to another shop who called me in an hour saying it was the stem. No issues since. Would not recommend coming here

  I took my 2015 Escape in for a state inspection because I’d recently moved into the area. Bryan and team found a couple of items that failed. They fixed one, but the other was beyond their scope. I ended up taking the car to a dealer for the fix. When I took it back to Mr Tire for the reinspection, it turned out the dealer had fixed the wrong thing, so I failed again. It was a safety item, so it needed to be fixed. Bryan even texted me a picture of the issue. So…I took it back to the dealer, with the picture, and they did it correctly this time. After taking it back to Mr Tire, my car passed. I appreciate Bryan’s attention to detail and willingness to work with me. I’ll be taking the car to his shop for its next servicing. Thank you!
