  I want to be clear, the staff were amazing. Everyone was kind, understood my mother and I’s frustration but the manager wasn’t so warm. Horrible experience, the manager Mark Gossage was incredibly callous and rude to my mother and I. Blatantly and brazenly tries to extort us and hold the car hostage. This was all because of a collision that my mother didn’t commit. We’re just getting it repaired and Mark had other ideas. We waited over an hour to get him to face us and instead I saw him no less than 4 times avoiding coming to the front to deal with this. He didn’t take responsibility for his actions and what he told us “If you want your car back pay the $200” is extortion. I was flabbergasted that A MANAGER OF A BUSINESS would extort my mother over something that should only be handled by JoeHudson CC and Geico. After the car had been cleared and finished, we were told the manager needs to sign off on it. Then two days go by as we reach the end of the rental agreement and he’s sitting on the release forms?! He even has his employees lie for him which I find disgusting. If I could give a ZERO I would. The staff were wonderful, they all deserve raises. Thank you Roy for taking it upon yourself to get the car for us. More than the manager would have allowed. I feel sorry for the staff in there that have to deal with Mark. Insufferable. Callous. Expect a call to HQ and have the day you deserve 🎁🥰❤️

  Mark Gossage solely earned this rating because he, as the manager, ignored my wife and son for an hour who came in to pick up the car. Once my son forced him to respond, he said you can pay the $200 balance because he did not give GEICO the information they needed to pay it. He wanted to extort money from my wife to get our car back and the accident wasn't our fault. OTHERWISE, EVERYBODY ELSE WAS SUPER AND DID GREAT WORK ON THE CAR!

  Vehicle repair went smooth. Checkin was quick as they were prepared for my arrival. Updates were given via text and I had no reason to contact them to ask about status. Pickup was quick and easy. Repairs are perfect and looks just like before damage. Will use again for sure.
