The price was a little higher than I initially expected at $140, but the guy at the counter was very helpful and took $21 off, which I really appreciated. That gesture alone went a long way. The staff was quick and efficient. They were able to get my oil change done almost immediately, and I barely had to wait at all—which I loved. Everything felt well-organized and professional from start to finish. One nice extra touch was that they vacuumed the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise. That’s something my old lube center didn’t do before I moved to Pasadena, and it definitely made the experience feel more complete. Overall, fast service, friendly staff, and solid customer care. Very happy with this visit and I’ll be returning in the future.
- JBjoseph ballardDec 24, 20251.0They put 5w20 in my car and i told them and they said they didn’t but i watch with my own eyes! The pumps are labeled and they kept saying they put the synthetic in. Well the pump that they grabbed only said 5w20 and the rest of the pumps are label with synthetic and the weight of the oil! Well get home and popped the hood and the cap says it takes 5w30. So either way they still put the wrong weight of oil in the car even if it was synthetic. To top that off the guy said he put the tires up to 40 lbs when it calls for 35 and he said i did that bc it’s cold out lol.
