  I tried to pick up the car that was reserved, the reservation is already confirmed, but they say they don't have a vehicle available, just to prevent me from getting the car simply because it's a rental car paid for by the insurance company.

  I rented a car for the first time with enterprise and it was the most incredible experience I've ever encountered. I picked up the car from the pasadena location in MD to drive to Tennessee and then a big snow storm decided to come so I was not going to be able to drive home. Everything was so smooth and everyone was so nice ! Best experience and will be recommending to everyone who needs to rent a car!

  Enterprise Car Rental treated by daughter well when she recently used them. The staff were professional, kind, and took time to review the paperwork and look over the vehicle before she left. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
