  These guys hooked me up, changed my brake pads in 30 mins, less than the hour they said it would take, everyone’s nice and awesome and they get down to business. Thank you Ryan for the hook up!!!

  Ryan and his Team at the NTB at 7713 Harford rd Parkville MD were life savers for my car today the day before Easter Sunday. I had made an appointment Friday morning at another NTB that had made false promise to fix my car but Ryan and his team came through for my family. I highly recommend this store for helping us out in a days notice to get my car back up and running safely to make it to Easter dinner and my travel plans after Easter. I would tell all my friends and family what NTB to go to in the future. THANKS Ryan.

  I had a great experience at NTB. The people was courteous, fast and very thorough. I intend to come back in the near future to get more work done. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great place for auto repair. If you are at the Parkville location ask for Ryan, Vincent or Ed their customer service was excellent.

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to Vincent. He was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and making sure the job is done right. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I definitely appreciate his honesty and positive attitude—he made the whole visit a lot better. Highly recommend asking for Vincent if you go!

  Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this tire place. 2 months ago I got new tires here. I showed up today because one of them had a screw in it and they no longer service my vehicle. So much for the warranty they came with the tires. Response to management comment: I have been coming here for six years for tire replacements and patches. We have brought our Ford Transit here the last several years for tires and patches. Today, we were denied service when the manager I formed us they no longer service Ford transits. We will be taking our business to a different tire shop
