  Very limited supply. Options only included a tire that was too cheap to match my others so I had to go up to a way too expensive tire. I had an appointment but still had to wait almost 1.5 hours just for them to bring the car back. Car smelled like someone smoked a cigarette in it when I got in. Also, for services like these I’ve always had the shop check my other tires and match the pressures as a basic courtesy. They did not.

  I went to this location on Joppa road 3/11/26 and initially came in for a brake pad job.. I was told I needed 4 new tires, rotors in the front, oil and lug nuts. Grant it most of the work was needed and I had it completed, 1400$ later.. However with the tire installation the tech named Keith at Joppa location damaged the front left sensor! I was told the light was on due to system needing to “ reset “ itself. I drove the car for about a week after work was completed and light didn’t go off.. I was suspicious about it because nothing was on my dash prior to work. Went back and was told the sensor had “ died” and I would be charged 88$ to replace the battery. I went and got a second opinion at the Harford road location and they confirmed damages to sensor and mentioned a slow leak coming from the front left tire. Shout out to Mike who fixed it properly at the Harford road location! The tech at the Joppa road location lied about the damages and the front desk lady Lisa backed him on this claim.. which was very disappointing. Called corporate and got sensor replaced free of charge. I was happy about that! Long story short, check your car before driving off lot and get a second opinion if needed!

  Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had 4 new tires installed and I came after work, but I didn't have a very long wait. I would recommend Mr. Tire for your auto service needs. Thank you.

  I recently came in because I had a screw in my tire. I was told it was in an area that could be safely patched, so I approved the repair and paid for the service. The very next day, my tire pressure light came back on. When I returned to have it checked, I was then told that the location of the leak would not allow the patch to hold and that the tire actually needed to be replaced. That was frustrating because it seems like this would have been known during the initial inspection. If replacement was ultimately necessary, I would have preferred to be told that upfront instead of paying for a repair that didn’t last 24 hours. I understand that things can happen, but clearer communication and accurate assessment the first time would have saved time and money. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
