- MMMoniqueFeb 4, 20255.0My overall experience for a UHAUL reservation was amazing. This was me and my husband first move, together. I was so stressed during the process but they made it so worth it. The UHAUL reps continued to follow up with me, and ensure that it was a smooth process. When we arrived to the Sunoco Gas station to pick up the truck we were greeted by two men who got us squared away and finished the reservation process. The app was confusing so he processed everything himself on his end. The ensured that we were all set, showed us where to pick up the furniture pads, dolly etc. He was the best! Thank you so much for everything!

It came to $3.60 and he gave me change for a $10 and insisted that is what I gave him. If it were possible to give him no stars and still write this review I would have done so. I just want people to be aware of his dishonesty and either not get gas from him or estimate as closely to the amount of gas you need as possible.
