Nice people but I had to go back 3 time for the same issues. They just need a liitle more training, not all but some of the technician. I will not go back to this location.

DO NOT TAKE A TESLA HERE! Went in for 2 new tires on my model 3 and was told I needed 4 new breaks - quoted $400/break and declined… man comes back 5 minutes later and says they’ll do it for $950. Quite the change in price, which is sketchy to me as a consumer, but I come back a week later for breaks which they told me would take 60-90 minutes. It took almost 5 hours and they ordered the wrong part THREE TIMES. So I eventually leave and my car is rattling; call and the kid on the phone tells me he left a TOOL in my wheel and to pull over and look for something orange. I pull over, don’t see it, so I drive back there and watch him pull a 4” x 9” looking tool out of my wheel! Mistakes happen but how would you not proactively call me to tell me this, instead of me having to find out by being scared on the road??? So I leave and drive home and call back because my car is still rattling and they tell me that it’s because my brakes have to adjust to the car… Well, the next day, my car stops charging. I drove it to Tesla and it turns out there’s a tiny little wire above the back driver tire (that they worked on) that Got dislodged and needed to be replaced… $3500! So my car has been with Tesla for two weeks and I just got it back yesterday. Was just driving and got a notification that my tire was low… I get out of the car and the cap is not on my back tire! Check all my tires - the front two tires are fine, but the other back tire also a loose cap. The kid working on my car had told me he had ADHD at some point while I was still working on it and I get it because I have that too, but this was just an absolute disaster with such little attention to detail and so many errors.
I went in the store and talk to their manager after the charging incident - I think Dylan - who (previously polite) I found to be very dismissive and rude. He said they didn’t do anything wrong, but they would look at it… I ended up leaving and taking it to Tesla and surprise, surprise I was right. Thank you guys so much for that $3500 bill plus almost $1500 I already had spent at NTB on tires and brakes! PLEASE BE MORE CAREFUL WITH PEOPLES THINGS!
PS - I spoke to Reggie twice about my car and issues and HE was very polite and professional.

Went for a tire balance, rotation, wheel alignment and oil change. My air was low when I came there and I was later advised I had a hole in my tire tht needed to be patched. When I got my car back, they didn’t put air in any of my tires. When I said there was no air in my tires they told me tht didn’t come with the service(since when?) but it probably had air and I needed to drive (not true) but I could pull the car around back and they would check. Surprise , I needed air. I later when elsewhere to get my brakes replaced and they had removed my wheel lock key and not put it back. When I sent someone there to find it , they acted like we were annoying them by asking how do you lose someone’s wheel lock key? At this point I’m not even sure anything on my car was done correctly and I will NEVER EVER come back to this location. I have been going to NTB for YEARS with multiple cars…even before it was called NTB…and I never received this level of incompetence and rudeness in my life. Do not go to this location.

Dale and Dillon were the kindest and most attentive workers i’ve met! Being a female and first timer at NTB was made a great experience, was able to make an appointment for my car’s issue right after they checked everything! 10/10 will be back (:

I came here for a new set of tires and I had a great experience at NTB. The staff deliverers great customers service and well with communication. Dale was very helpful and made sure to get the answers to questions right when asked, he also is very well with updating you on the progress of your vehicle.
