  Outstanding service today. Called at noon they set me up for 2 PM as soon as I came in they got to work right away. They worked together and diagnosed my car. Gave me some really good feedback. Excellent service I highly recommend.

  I ordered 4 new tires. I had to remind them to give me a price they quoted 4 times. They told me it’d be an hour and a half, took 2 hours for them to tell me that one of the tires had a leak in the side and they didn’t have a replacement. So I spent almost 3 hours just to have my tires taken off and put back on. Then they still tried to over charge me. Terrible experience.

  I bought new tires and steering alignment. They broke a tire pressure sensor, they broke my valve stem and I ended up having to take my truck somewhere else after they did the alignment because it wasn’t done properly. They replaced the valve stem they broke but said nothing they could do about my tire pressure sensor they broke and some how I’m still losing air in a tire that has no punctures and a clean rim (no damage) I would give this ZERO STARS and do NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE THEY TRIED GIVING ME SHIT ABOUT ALL OF IT. THEY ALSO SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY TIRE AND TRIED TO SEND ME AWAY UNTIL I REFUSED (because I shouldn’t have been losing 15-20psi the day after getting a brand new tire AND THEN MAGICALLY THEY NOICED THEY BROKE THE VALVE STEM.

  1st I purchased 4 new tires from NTB IN PARKVILLE JOPPA RD 21234 on Nov 20th and i love them. Now story time Shoutout to Mr. Collin the service manager i got a nail yesterday in one of my brand new tires i called the shop they said come on in let's see what we can do. When i arrived at the shop he immediately pulled in my car and started to fix the nail he informed me of the price for the plug and i said ok. When he was done he pulled my car around less then 15 mins handed me my keys and told me happy holiday it was on him. I appreciate you Mr. Collin thank you for all you do and your help in my time of trouble 😘 😉 take care have a blessed year

  Had an appointment scheduled for 4pm on 12/1 for new tires and alignment. Arrived to my appointment and was told the shop was very busy but I would be helped that evening. I sat in the waiting room for approximately an hr (at 5pm) before I was told that my truck was too heavy for their lift and they weren’t able to install my tires. I asked if a nearby shop was able to do it and was told no other shop had the tires I had reserved. I was then told the shop I was at didn’t have the tires which was confusing. After a few minutes of computer work and looking around the shop I was told they did in fact have my tires in the shop. I was given a card and told to call back 12/2 to get details on a different shop that could work on my truck that my tires would be transferred to. Received a call on the morning of 12/2 saying the shop could in fact do my tires and alignment and I could come in around 1230. I arrived at 1230pm and was told my tires would be replaced in two hrs. Around 3pm i went to the desk to ask how my vehicle was doing and was told it was taking longer because they had to do one tire at a time and balancing a larger tire was more difficult. At 330pm I was told my tires had been installed but they couldn’t do an alignment because they didn’t have a working machine. I’m very disappointed in my experience. I came to your shop in an effort to get my tires replaced and aligned at the same time but that didn’t happen. After driving this afternoon I believe the tire balance needs to be checked as I feel vibration in the steering wheel and hear an odd noise. If your shop wasn’t able to properly provide the service advertised I don’t know why you’d take my vehicle and attempt to do the job knowing you weren’t capable of doing it. I will not recommend your shop to anyone and I will not be purchasing anything from you again.
