  Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had 4 new tires installed and I came after work, but I didn't have a very long wait. I would recommend Mr. Tire for your auto service needs. Thank you.

  I recently came in because I had a screw in my tire. I was told it was in an area that could be safely patched, so I approved the repair and paid for the service. The very next day, my tire pressure light came back on. When I returned to have it checked, I was then told that the location of the leak would not allow the patch to hold and that the tire actually needed to be replaced. That was frustrating because it seems like this would have been known during the initial inspection. If replacement was ultimately necessary, I would have preferred to be told that upfront instead of paying for a repair that didn’t last 24 hours. I understand that things can happen, but clearer communication and accurate assessment the first time would have saved time and money. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

  Service was quick and very efficient. Joe the owner was pleasant and very helpful, highly recommend this Mr. Tire on Joppa Road.

  I had a flat tire and the first place I thought of was Mr.Tire. I knew they have been on Joppa Rd for years. Had a great experience! Joe, the Store Manager, was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained to me the condition of my flat tire, including, the other tires. I decided to get new tires knowing these tires had worn and it has been awhile since I purchased tires. I didn't have to wait long at all! Price was reasonable. I know I got a good job. Thank you so much!

  I had an unpleasant experience at Mr. Tire and strongly recommend choosing another shop. I had an appointment for tire installation that I had made days in advance. And although I arrived on time, my car sat untouched outside for over an hour though I was told the service would take 1.5-2 hours. I asked the front associate and was told the shop was not behind schedule, yet a walk-in customer was serviced before my scheduled appointment (directed to the back) The front desk staff was unhelpful and uncomfortably lax when handling business. After I'd waited more than an hour and my car still sat untouched in the front, I asked to retrieve my tires and leave since it was apparent my car would not be ready anywhere near the estimated time. I was then directed to the garage to get my tires, they didn't seem concerned about losing my business. There was no attempt to explain the wait or to expedite the service to resolve the situation. I contacted other shops and found immediate availability and lower pricing at NTB as well as at Hollenshades. I took my car to another shop and had it done promptly and professionally. I will not return to this location—or any Mr. Tire—and would suggest others look elsewhere as well.
