They took other customers before me when I was on time for my appointment blaming it on having no employees and waiting for another one to come and finish work for the day. They also stated that they would add an extra service on the bill for the tech but I wouldn't be charged. Corporate responded to my email stating that theu won't compensate for the lack of service and that the 40 point inspection that comes with oil change is a free service.

I picked this place specifically because they resolved previous service issues that another location(Harford Rd, the original location used) couldnt resolve. The manager had been helpful and went above and beyond for the customer. I had the same Manager as I did for my service issues. I had an 8 am appt. He sold me 4 tires. Sticker price was a shock. I feel I was sold, and provided, a good product and it was kept within my price range. I overheard some of the guys in the garage talking about a discount given to a customer. My perception was they were talking about me. I watched two customers get stuck in the bathroom because the door knob did not work from the inside. The associate at the desk, after the manager had left for parts, had been aware of it and indicated they are having troubles getting it serviced.But the desk wasnt always manned and this is when customers were getting stuck. Associate was able to let them out but this is a huge safety hazard and mustve been somewhat of a panicy feeling for each individual, once trapped in the restroom.

I came back the next day at my appointment time and was helped quickly. I was able to drive out with a new tire about 30 minutes later. The quote they gave was accurate and more affordable than I expected. Would come here again, definitely.
