The smell was so strong that it seeped into my cloth seats and still hasn’t gone away. To make things worse, I found a lighter left on my seat, which makes it hard not to assume someone was smoking in my car while it was in their care. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I expect my smoke-free car to be returned in the same condition I left it—not smelling like it was hotboxed. Based on this experience, I do not think I’ll be returning.

She came in for new brakes and calipers got the new caliper but the same old brakes that were metal to metal. They tried to scam me years ago telling me to buy a battery when mine was brand new. And telling me I have to buy a tow truck to get the car inside there bay??? Everyone stay away from these crooks

The guy at the counter said he didn't have anyone available to do any brake work but he could have them inspected and that if I needed any work done on them then I would have to come back. I guess it didn't matter that my appointment was specifically for brake service. What a waste of time. Note to Mr. Tire ... If someone makes an appointment for BRAKE SERVICE then you should make sure someone is available that is capable of BRAKE SERVICE!!
