I would have given five stars if someone in the shop hadn’t broken my cigarette lighter adapter while my car was being serviced. I was informed that I would be contacted by the manager twice! Two months have passed, I called today and of course the manager is on vacation until next Monday. It’s unbelievable that they provided such poor customer service for a minor issue that they caused. When I received my card back, I noticed that the cap on my charging port was broken off. I use my charging port frequently, so this is a significant inconvenience.

Thank you Dawn, Rob and Dynasti and we met someone yesterday who also was awesome.
Really nice people at this shop. Kept me updated via text and phone calls about my cars repair status. Also had my car ready for pickup for pickup sooner than expected. Highly recommend this establishment.
