- SLSalome LatigoJan 5, 20261.0I would have given five stars if someone in the shop hadn’t broken my cigarette lighter adapter while my car was being serviced. I was informed that I would be contacted by the manager twice! Two months have passed, I called today and of course the manager is on vacation until next Monday. It’s unbelievable that they provided such poor customer service for a minor issue that they caused. When I received my card back, I noticed that the cap on my charging port was broken off. I use my charging port frequently, so this is a significant inconvenience.
