    Waited for 15 minutes in line. Other workers in the store..just one guy at the register. Very miserable environment.

    Unfortunately I had a pretty terrible experience today. I stopped in as my car was flashing a maintenance message and one gentleman literally laughed in my face. A second gentleman plugged a reader into my car and told me it was my emissions. He didn't seem concerned so I thought I'd be okay waiting and even making a service appointment on another day. As I'm driving home, my car completely breaks down and I had to pull off the side of the road and call for emergency roadside assistance. I truly wish they would have recognized this issue before I left their parking lot as it wouldn't have put me in that scary situation. Would also appreciate not being laughed at as a customer.

    Went in to buy a few small things, guy at the register didn't let me enter my own phone number for my rewards, used his own email instead. Not the first time he's done it either. I'm sure plenty of other people don't pay attention to things like that, but it's a bad look to steal from your customers. Only reason for two stars is they put the effort in to find my part, which I appreciate.
