A second gentleman plugged a reader into my car and told me it was my emissions. He didn't seem concerned so I thought I'd be okay waiting and even making a service appointment on another day. As I'm driving home, my car completely breaks down and I had to pull off the side of the road and call for emergency roadside assistance. I truly wish they would have recognized this issue before I left their parking lot as it wouldn't have put me in that scary situation. Would also appreciate not being laughed at as a customer.
