- RCRichelle CowardJan 10, 20251.0WORST GAS STATION EVER! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SUNOCO! This man is extremely rude and he does not want to acknowledge that his pumps are broken! First of all, none of these pumps work properly and there is no proper signage on the pumps that do not work except one of them. The first pump I went to did not have a sign on it that it didnāt work. I thought the reader was just off so I went inside to go pay. He said it didnāt work (so why is there not a sign on the pumpā¦.? I think that will save everybodyās time on both ends?). The second pump that I went to, did it for me. First of all, it is no reason that it took almost 10 minutes to fill up my tank & another man complained about this as well. I pumped my gas and once I looked out itās gas pouring all down my car and a puddle of gas on the floor! All of that gas on the floor is MONEY and I need all of my ends. Itās ridiculous! That has never happened to me in my life. Clearly the pumps do not work right because pumps usually stop when the tank is almost full or full. He refused to give me his name & employee ID. I usually never do this much about anything but he was extremely rude! I donāt care, you donāt treat your customers like that and at that donāt even try to apologize or acknowledge the situation. He even told the man in there making a transaction to mind his business when he was trying to back me up because he saw what happened outside! I have reported this location and employee to the BBB and Sunoco headquarters.
