For context, I used to get a fleet discount through my former employer (a local plumbing company), and even after I left the company, I continued going to the Jiffy Lube near my home. But there’s been a lot of staff turnover there, and lately the energy feels more like the team enjoys each other more than the customers. I’m usually directed to stay in the car, and when you do that there — they don’t vacuum. So my car never gets that little extra touch. This location was completely different. The team here was friendly, attentive, and actually seemed happy to help. I had a bunch of personal items on the floor of my car, but the young lady still vacuumed — she didn’t toss anything or act bothered, she just organized things as best she could and made it look neat. And she drove my car in herself, which normally gives me anxiety at the other location, but I genuinely felt comfortable with her. The best part? A team member smiled and said, “Hey, you’re family now.” It was simple, but since I don’t have much family in the area, that really made me feel welcome. Great energy, great service, and a team that makes you feel seen. Kudos to this crew — I’ll be coming here from now on. 👏🏽🚗✨
- WBWillie BellNov 2, 20251.0Drove in to jiffy lube,,,left keys in my truck,,2 cars in bay area,,walked past several technicians,,got to lounge door and told him I only want an oil change and told him I have Grey toyota highlander proceeded into lounge no one at desk,,grab a cup of coffee and took a seat,,about 3 minutes later checking on my vehicle a technician was moving my car back so he could remove vehicle in front of me,,he put my car in bay area i told I only wanted oil change,,went back to lounge and young lady was back at desk,,I asked her how do they know what type of oil i want,,she said no one talked to you ,,I said no,,she asked have i been there before,,I said no but been to another location,,she said iam in the system and they will look and go last visit,,also paid 122.00 dollars,,I told her I paid 70.00 to 80.00 at bladenburgh location..she said price is different at some location,,service and .members was so unprofessional,,iam never going there again,,located on st Barnabas rd.
