You’d never know that, though, because she treated me with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Ashley is an amazing employee who genuinely cares about her customers — something that’s rare to find these days. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I truly hope she goes far in her career. Enterprise is lucky to have her!

Copy and pasting my review and continuing off of it Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a rental. I dropped of the car off at the Carmax next door when I was done and called. I was told by a worker he’d pick it up. A month later I got a call that it never got picked up and I was charged for an additional month. Took them a few days to get it even after all that. I asked if I was getting charged for it and they didn’t give me a straight answer and hit me with the bill. I tried to dispute it but phone recordings don’t count as evidence and all they showed was the contract I signed and the day they received the car. Cost me 2k$ more than it should’ve. They’re either incompetent, thieves, or both. Avoid at all costs Update as of today: weeks after both a call and email where I was told a regional manager would contact me, I reached out again and was told they considered the matter resolved. No prior confirmation and now the payment has interest. It’s a shame 0/5 starts isn’t possible
