My rental was booked through A progressive claim. Someone reached out to me right away about when I would be dropping off my vehicle for repair to make sure they had a rental ready for me when I got there after dropping off. The vehicle was ready at the reservation time. It was clean and comfortable. I had it for about two weeks. I got the call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I called Enterprise to let them know when I would be dropping back off the next day. They told me they would take me to Pick up my vehicle after dropping the rental off, which I greatly appreciated. And I got all of this done around my work schedule. I am horrible with names, but it was a young gentleman that helped me and he was very Informative and nice. I will be going back for any rental needs in the future .
