- MEMiss EDec 23, 20251.0Made a reservation via GEICO yesterday. Received my confirmed reservation number. Today I caught a LYFT to this location to be told they had no cars. I asked the agent why didnt anybody call me to let me know. Brandon shrugs his shoulders and says idk. Hands me a card and says call another location. I asked him you can't call them for me? No. First of all I dont work for Enterprise second of all you dropped the ball you should call them and arrange a car pick up for me. Brandon gave me a card that's says he is a Manager Trainee he clearly needs more training in Customer Service. Then I called the Temple Hills Enterprise location I couldnt get through for 20 minutes and was told they didnt have cars either. Why are your agents not calling customers to inform us there are no cars available? I spent $23.19 on a roundtrip LYFT trip today and I still dont have a rental car. Communication is key.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve been truly wowed — and Ashley definitely wowed me.What made it even more impressive is that she doesn’t usually work at this location; she was just helping out. You’d never know that, though, because she treated me with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Ashley is an amazing employee who genuinely cares about her customers — something that’s rare to find these days. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I truly hope she goes far in her career. Enterprise is lucky to have her!
