- MMM M4 days ago1.0Poor customer service and lack of knowledge. Make them your last result. Go to another location or different company. I had different locations help me save money and request different things for me.
- TMTy MckenzieJan 21, 20261.0I called in advance and asked for a new battery & would they install it, I was told yes, I get there 30 minutes later only to be told they can’t do it because they don’t have enough coverage, yet I noticed at least 5 workers in the store, & I was 1 of 2 people in the store. Poor customer service, I’m never going to that location again. I received better customer service & quickness at the Jiffy Lube right up the street from them.

When I asked a simple question, he started yelling at me and said, “I don’t know, go ask someone else.” That’s completely unacceptable! I came there for help, not to be treated like that. If this is how AutoZone allows their employees to act, I’ll take my business somewhere else
