  I alway have a great experience!!! I have a older model vehicle (2004) and they make sure that my fluid lev are up and that any maintenance issues that they notice are brought to my attention. I was in desperate need of need of transportation fluid they were able to remedy the issue and the technician gave me a lot of information!!!! Highly recommend this location

  Techs did permanent damage to my vehicle's lug bolts with a impact gun and tried to pass it off as my fault. Cost me 100s to repair. They seemed confused and upset I was there to have my tires rotated and then proceeded to damage my vehicle. They told me it was fine to drive around with my lug nut like this.

  Thank you Jordan and the team at Valvoline for helping me not be so anxious when getting my car worked on! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, also they didn't try to upcharge me on anything - just gave me the facts and let me make my own choices. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been going here since this location opened and I have never had any issues until this day. I came in for a routine oil change and they informed me that didn’t have my car filter in stock and they wouldn’t have it until next week. I asked them would they be able to just top off my oil so I can get to the next location bc I was low and the mechanic Isaiah informed me he would and filled up my oil. As I was leaving they told me I had to pay $20.26, and I was confused bc he never mentioned that there was a fee. I politely let him know that I don’t think I should have to pay for that bc they inconvenienced me by not having my oil filter. He went to get his manager (woman with brown short cut hair, and piercings, there between the time of 2:30-3:00pm) and I let her know that he never told me there was a fee to fill up my oil which he should have informed me that before doing the service. She rudely stated that “he did” even though she was nowhere near us and also stated that “ We have it on camera and it’s Audio recorded 😒🙄” and I told her to let me see and hear it and she again rudely said it will be $20.26. And I told her I’m not paying for that. She began to walk around and ask other workers if he said that…(but I thought you heard him say it 🤨) and nobody could positively verify bc they were having there own loud side conversations. She then sent Isaiah back to tell me she’s gonna waived the fee and I left. I have been in customer service for 40 years and this was the most unprofessional of a manager I have ever experienced.

  Valvoline took 90 minutes to complete my oil change, they ran out of oil in which they had to send a mechanic to the store twice to get more, When the oil change was finally completed I drove a few miles and my car starts shaking and the check engine light pops on. I now have to purchase a tow which is $200 dollars . The next day I call Valvoline to correct the problem and they did , but there was no type of empathy for such a huge inconvience, they told us "yeah we (Vavoline) put too much oil in it!". This is a newer car, I hope there's not any extensive damage due to their negligence. I spoke with Jordan who told us we have to submit our tow reciept to the custoimer care center, who knows when we will here back from them! On top of all that they said they looked over the car to make sure nothing was wrong, how can I be sure when they sound like the don't even care to begin with. I'll most likely take it to my mechanic to do a complete inspection of the engine (at my expense), because I do not trust them to tell the truth even if spomething was wrong! $186 dollar oil change turns into hundreds of wasted dollars, time and anxiety around my car and future problems that may exist if I don't check it myself. Thanks Valvoline!!!!
