Wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. My salesman, Andre Coxson, was very helpful and entertaining, which made the car-buying experience more comfortable and easygoing. I also appreciate how the Finance Manager, Shaheid, and other members of the staff all pitched in to help the process run smoothly.

I thought the pricing was a little high, however the service here is top notch and my car runs so smoothly after servicing. I thought Lynese was friendly and courteous did an excellent job of providing time estimates. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well.

After several tries getting my car repair I came to my schedule appointment. Vivian was my service rep. she communicated the process but unfortunately the service repairs didn't go as planned. Which meant a 2 day repair became 3 days on the 3rd day Vivian notified me giving updates so I thought my repair was going to be fixed after Vivian left repair had a snag which meant car needs to stay the weekend. So a 2 day repair now goes to 6 days. Vivian was great she did everything she could do to make me whole if it wasn't for her this review would be terrible. She did everything but repair my car lol I'm glad she was my rep because this could be my worst car experience ever. I just wanted to share my bad car experience made better by a service rep.

This is how buying a car should be. Let me break it down.
Yesterday was a disaster. I was striking out left and right trying to purchase a car. The first dealership was falsely advertising prices and tried to slip in a $3,495 processing fee. They lied so much they couldn’t even keep their own stories straight.
Then I went to Audi Owings Mills. They had me “test drive” a car that was missing sensors and hadn’t even gone through Maryland State Inspection. Meanwhile, the salesperson from Rockville Audi had told me the car was available and warned me that “when customers wait a day, they miss out.” So I drove 1.5 hours from Southern Maryland to basically Baltimore… only to be told I could buy the car, to reserve it for me but I’d have to wait for parts and repairs with a timeline of—and I quote—“a few days, a week, a month, a year. There has to be some give and take on both sides.”
At that point I said forget it. Today just wasn’t the day.
Irritated and disappointed, I noticed a dealership down the road had the car I really wanted. Audi Q8. So we went.
And that’s when everything changed.
Nana greeted us at the door with a firm, respectful handshake. I immediately thought, thank God—someone professional. We test drove four cars and ultimately chose the one I originally wanted from the other dealerships. Nana was knowledgeable, genuine, and just 1000% amazing. I never felt pressured. I actually felt cared for. That respect you don't see from salespeople anymore. He's truly unmatched.
Then the finance manager, Sahied, came out, worked the numbers, found us a great deal, and got everything squared away smoothly.
Simply put: not all dealerships are created equal. They aren’t run the same, and the difference shows.
