Reservation made a week in advance but no cars are available once dropped off for my pickup. Up to 1 hour wait to out source is ridiculous. What’s the point in reserving?
I was a little apprehensive from all the negative reviews, but my personal experience with this Enterprise was great and very smooth. They called me the morning of to confirm my reservation made via insurance and the type of vehicle I wanted. They also sent someone to pick me up from the Tesla center down the street, and gave me ride there after returning the rental. Even though the location itself was quite busy, they had a car ready quickly for me after checking in and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Returning the car was equally smooth, just a quick inspection for any damage and I was good to go. Every staff member I interacted with was nice and professional. It's located near all the dealerships and repair centers, so easy to use for insurance purposes, as well as a Costco to gas up before returning.

Irwin was AWESOME! He picked me up, made sure to take his time explaining the process, helped me get into the type of vehicle I wanted, and made sure to ensure I didn't have any follow questions go unanswered after closing out the reservation. I would definitely recommend him and this facility!
I felt rushed during the time of my rental. The bumper was hanging off the car. The seats were not cleaned and no one told me I had to pay a $300 deposit until it was time to pay. The customer service was poor, but I must admit once I returned the car that two reps there to Afro-Americans male and female I don’t remember their names when above measures and listen to my concerns, very professional..
