I am not a mechanic or car person, so ME identifying missing/incorrect repairs and not them seems unacceptable; where is the quality assurance check? The first time all the model signs were missing, along with several other missing parts. The second time, the model signs were attached in the wrong position and paint had dripped and then dried in the repair area. It honestly went down hill even more after that, requiring me to send it back two additional times to be fixed. What’s worse is that some employees made it seem like I was being outrageous for being upset that my car was repeatedly being fixed incorrectly. One even said “it’s all just cosmetic, it’s fine” as if their specialty isn’t “cosmetics”. Well the cosmetics were eventually “simply done right”, it just took 5 trips to the body shop instead of 1. There won’t be 6th trip... If you find yourself there, be sure to double check their work before you return your rental car… just in case.

Get there they hand me the keys “ok it’s right outside on the left or right”. My answer was “ok no one is going to go over the repairs with me?” “Oh yes if you’d like someone to”. Hence the reason trying to push me out the door. Me and collision manager go outside and OMG! The parts that were placed on my truck did not line up nor fit on my truck. There were gaps everywhere where a part was replaced. I asked”and you approved this” manager says “well no I don’t do the repairs but the guy should’ve called me to your truck for this”. You THINK⁉️ I asked for the rental car keys back and said call me when you get it figured out. Again they haven’t reached out to me yet…it’s been 4 days. They only reach out via text. They also have POOR COMMUNICATION.
