  I had to return back because the next day my Wife tire was flat on ground. I had to return back to shop to get it repaired again. This cost me unwanted time to get a tire repair fixed not good service work.

  My car was making a weird noise. The people at Mr. Tire said it was because the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Paid $1400. The noise was still there. They said it would take 2 more weeks to go away. It didn't. Eventually I went to another mechanic, who took one look at it and said it was an issue with the water pump. Of course it was a cheap and easy fix and the noise totally stopped. Also I got my tires rotated here but they didn't tell me the tires were full of dryrot. Found that out a year later from NTB.

  1) Went to a mechanic last month and it was discovered that when I got my spark plugs done at Mr tire a few years ago they installed the wrong part for my car. 2) went to get breaks and rotors done last month at Mr tire. A week later I notice my car is making a horrible noise when I make a left hand turn and I feel every single bump on the road. Brought my car back to mr tire. First thing i hear upon entering the store, is a customer on the phone with the receptionist conversing on how Mr tire installed something wrong on the customers car. The mechanic test drove my car, heard the issue, uninstalled and reinstalled the breaks and rotors. The noise seems to have gone away now. We I ask what the issue was at the receptionist, I’m was “I don’t know. We uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue went away” The answer is clear. You didn’t install the part correctly. Not “I don’t know” I won’t be returning with such poor service and I will be informing everyone to not get service here.

  I came yesterday to start the process to schedule an appointment for an oil change for an enterprise vehicle when I pulled up there’s was a white guy sitting in the garage smoking his cigarette. I informed him that I wanted to get the services and would come back tomorrow to actually schedule the services once they got the approval before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off told me to leave my car I told him I couldn’t just leave the car I tried to speak again he cuts me off again and says you can come in the morning and wait I said to him wow you won’t even let me finish a sentence he said “no you can’t we won’t send authorization for you to come back whenever you want” mind you I literally never even got a full sentence in he also told me I could just go somewhere else with a smile on his face I’ve been goin to this location for 2yrs never interacted with this guy he’s very rude and I’m going to do exactly what he said and never do business there again!

  I visited Mr. Tire, 2 weeks ago to plug my tire that had a screw in it. They removed the donut, repaired and replaced the damaged tire. They were professional and did repairs with minimal wait time. The waiting area was nice too. I was so pleased with the workmanship, I returned 2 weeks later for an oil change and free tire rotation. It will be my go to spot from now on!
