Theo made the purchasing process an experience that went above and beyond my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed every minute of the process and I'm quite certain there aren't many other car buyers out there that can say the same. Theo is such an asset to the Mercedes' brand and he made this experience truly amazing. I highly recommend asking for Theo when you are ready to purchase...I promise you won't be disappointed. After reviewing my voicemails I reviewed the message Andy Ji had sent to me confirming that my offer had been accepted and without being charged for shipping on the GLS I am inquiring about. When we sat down to sign the sale agreement I was informed that the price had gone up $2000 and shipping would be charged at possibly $2400 more on top of the $2000 extra being added to the previously agreed upon price. I am really unsatisfied with the explanation or basically lack there of. I drove an hour away and past three other Mercedes dealerships because (I gave my word) to Andy. I told him that because he was the first salesman to return my inquiry, if I was going to purchase the vehicle I would purchase the vehicle from him. I came with a check ready to sign the deal only to be let down by a company that used to stand by its word. Mercedes used to stand for quality and integrity. I have one in my driveway so I can confirm the quality. As for the integrity, that is demonstrated by its representation. In my experience with your dealership that integrity has diminished. My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all of my documents. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision. This experience was completely different from one I had at another Mercedes dealership, where my car was hit by a tow truck during my first service visit. After that, every interaction there felt frustrating and disappointing. Because of that, I was honestly nervous going into this process again. I’m so glad I came to this particular dealership. The entire team genuinely cared and made sure I walked out feeling confident , not rushed or pressured, and without any buyer’s remorse. I truly felt supported throughout the process. I’m very grateful for Andy and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, thoughtful, and trustworthy car-buying experience!
