  I recently went to buy my ninth Mercedes-Benz. I contacted Owings Mills and received an answer immediately. I’m a fist-time customer with Owings Mills. I can’t say enough about how kind and generous both Tim and Steve were with their time and energy. My small town Mercedes-Benz dealership from the past now acts as if you’re lucky to be spoken to when you walk in. My purchase was a most pleasant experience. With every car I buy I say this is the last one, but I would go back just for this experience again. If you are considering buying a luxury car, this Group will treat you right! Baltimore Ravens shop here- I guarantee you I was treated no differently than they would be. This is what the car buying experience should be each and every time!   We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Reza at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills. From the very first conversation with my husband all the way to the moment we drove off the lot, he was attentive, genuine, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was how much he truly loves what he does, you can feel it. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t rush us, and made the entire process feel comfortable and transparent. We had strong offers and pricing from other dealerships, but we still chose to go with Reza because the level of service and trust just felt different with him. He stayed in touch, answered every question patiently, and made sure everything went smoothly start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it feel easy and even enjoyable. We were also greeted by Jonathan (the GM) who was another lovely person who seemed to care for his clients and have great regards for them. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about his clients and takes pride in his work, Reza is your person. Highly, highly recommend!

  It was a very great experience. The sales person Reza Ghane is nice , helpful and explained about glc 350e. He even picked me from airport driving more than 1 hour each way. Overall a smooth and happy transaction with the price I targeted. I recommend this dealership and Reza!

  I had an outstanding experience working with Christene Marshall at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Because I was coming from Delaware and didn’t want to make a 2+ hour drive without being aligned on pricing, we handled negotiations over the phone the day prior. Christene, along with Tony Pozderac, was able to secure the exact out-the-door price I needed before I made the trip. When I arrived, everything was fully prepared and ready to go. The entire trade-in and purchase process was seamless and took less than an hour before I was driving off the lot. This was truly a first-class buying experience. I highly recommend Christene Marshall to anyone looking for a smooth, efficient, and professional vehicle purchase. A+++ experience.
