Dated 12/15/2025 Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Owings Mills, MD I was given an SUV through my insurance that was extremely dirty and appeared unsanitary. The seats looked like they had bodily fluids on them, and I had to cover them with towels just to sit in the car. I immediately raised the issue and was told I would be contacted when a clean replacement SUV became available. No one ever followed up. Despite multiple attempts on my end, I never received a replacement vehicle and was forced to drive this car for about three weeks. Calls were not returned, and the location rarely answers the phone. Weeks later, I was incorrectly charged $214.04 on my credit card even though the rental was insurance-covered. Escalations later claimed there were three attempted calls to me, which is false—there were no calls, voicemails, or emails. This location shows a complete lack of cleanliness, accountability, and communication. I strongly recommend avoiding the Owings Mills Enterprise location. Response, dated 12/16/2025, to Drew Street of Enterprise, Owings Mills, MD Drew, thank you for your response. I have attempted to contact the Owings Mills location many times, and unfortunately no one answers the phone. My insurance company has also called multiple times today with the same experience, and had no luck reaching anyone. Additionally, Enterprise’s own escalation team has also tried calling the Owings Mills location without success. The Enterprise escalation team has sent an email to the Owings Mills location, so they are aware of who I am and the nature of this issue. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I can’t imagine I am the only customer experiencing this. Please feel free to call me by looking up my information at the Owings Mills center (they should have received an email yesterday from your Escalation team) , or provide me with a direct phone number where I can reach you on this forum. On Monday I had another reservation for a cheaper rate and Enterprise is refusing to switch out the contract unless I come in physically to get the same vehicle as they’re out of all other options. This is gonna be my last rental with Enterprise.
