He showed me to the bathroom so I could wash my hands, and in the meantime, he prepared my $10 store credit card for the battery. Come here if you don't want to have to sign a log and dump your oil yourself like at Advanced Auto Parts. Definitely will be coming back.

He made recommendations on the wipers and installed them and also filled the wiper fluid for me when I asked. I am very pleased with windshield wiper recommendation. He is professional, respectful and just exceeded my expectations making this a very positive experience. It's rare that you get this level of customer service. Will return to this location in the future.

The answer that they gave me was, that she can't check my battery because "she is alone" , but the way the said it, it was like, "I don't care, because I'm not going to waste my time with you, because I'm not going to work for anyone for free". I asked, what I have to do? She said, I'm a way that meaning, "I don't care", you have to wait my partner come or go to a shop to check that. Ok, I asked her, when is your partner coming? I don't know. How you don't know? And how your said go to another shop, I bought my battery in your shop. Really disappointed. I give the shop no one star, they deserve a -5 star. They treated me like trash.
