    2 of the 3 chargers have been broken for months. One of them still shows as active in the app. Have called the help center multiple times and they haven’t so much as marked the broken charger as inactive

    Nothing works here but you won’t find that out until you try to use each charger in succession. Poor response from Help Center. Buyer beware.
