- DCDon CraftNov 3, 20255.0This is the most honest car shop I have ever been too. I would go to so many different car shops and things the one. When no one can figure out what was wrong they did. They didn’t get it in the first try but they were honest about it and refunded me. They told me since it wasn’t the issue we will refund the money and get the issue fixed. Which they did. They will always ONLY sell you what you NEED. NOT WHAT WILL MAKE THE SHOP MONEY.

- LSLarry SilvestroJun 28, 20255.0If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had a blowout while traveling and ended up limping into this place for help. The assistant manager, Bobby Wisner, checked his stock but did not have the necessary tire in stock, but told me he could have there the next day. That's when the store manager, Bobby Kitchens, jumped into action. He contacted a nearby competitor to see if they had the tire in stock. They did but could not install it today. Mr. Kitchens asked if they would sell the tire to me and take it back to Wilson's to install. The competitor agreed. However, when we got there to buy the tire, I was informed that they have cash only policy for "carryouts." Mr. Kitchens then drove me to an ATM so I could get the cash I needed. We then went back, bought the tire, drove back to Wilson's where Daysean Lee was waiting (even thought he was supposed to be off duty) and who installed our new tire! The entire staff of Wilson's should be commended.This was customer service above and beyond! Store manager: Bobby Kitchens Asst manager: Bobby Wisner Technician: Daysean Lee Great guys!
