The same gentleman was there when I returned it asked me how my experience was, I reassured him that everything was amazing and smooth. The car was super clean and easy to setup for navigation.

They said 4 at the latest and they will keep me updated hourly. We moved on because it was apparent we weren’t getting a car but it’s been two days and NO ONE has followed up about the car even once to confirm or anything. They literally just strung us along then ghosted us. If we didn’t have another fall back plan we would have been screwed. They could have at very least said they can’t do it so we still had time to rent from another place but we had to just take the car we were avoiding using because we didn’t have any time left. Truly terrible— Couldn’t recommend this place any less. Just go to Morgantown.
