  Your website is not worth reviewing simply because it cannot allow me to shop your Oakland , MD store on line' You list it on Garrett Hwy but tell us to pick up at a store on Ross Ave with no state listed. Many local people complain about shopping at your store in Oakland. You have plenty of competition in Oakland so you will not be in business long if you do not wake up. I wish you the best in turning this around.

  Stan and Mike were awesome. I broke down and needed a hose about a mile from their shop. They brought it to me. Help me put it on guys. You work there are great guys

  I just wanna give a shout out to Pat at the Oakland MD store he is with out a doubt the best parts guy I have ever delt with. He always listens to what you have to say and takes the time to make sure you get the right part.... He is the an example of excellent customer service.... Always has a smile on his face...

  My brother and I showed up 7 minutes before closing and the employees were super helpful and tried to help fix our rad hose. Your employee Caleb that worked until closing on 5/6/25 needs a raise, he was helpful all the way until after they had to close and made sure we were all good while waiting on a tow truck, please give him a raise this man deserves it for his customer service.
