  The service is good they do not charge you until after the job is done and will let you know how much your maintenance is before they start the job that’s the number one thing i liked the most they also give you lots of discounts for your service ask for Kenny or Michael ✨

  I was riding close by when a city truck let out rocks and I rode over a few that busted my tire. When I arrive at NTB, they were on point of service . The customer service was excellent and their knowledge of tires were on point as well . I would recommend this place to everyone! They get a 10 from me ! Reasonable pricing as well!!!

  I just had another great experience at NTB Tire, thanks to Kenneth. I came in for an oil change today, but I had already met him last week when I got new tires. His knowledge and friendly demeanor really stand out. Kenneth was attentive and took the time to explain the services offered. He went above and beyond by helping me find discounts, which made my visit even better. The oil change was completed efficiently, and I felt confident knowing I was getting a great deal. Overall, Kenneth has consistently provided excellent service, making my visits to NTB Tire a breeze. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re in need of tire or maintenance services!

  I LOVE this place!!! The manager (Pat) and the Tech (Trevor) treated me so well. As a woman I am used to repair shops being less than honest with me, at times. I was upset about my car making awful noises that I could not explain. The team took the time to assess my vehicle and would not let leave until they found the issue with my vehicle. They were honest and the charge was almost nothing, especially compared to what I was thinking. I am sending all of my loved ones here!!!! ... and I'll be back to get brakes, sensor and an oil change in about a month!!! ❤️ By the way, I made the appt online 15 mins before arriving at the shop.   I came in for tire change and my car returned with rocker panel damage. I came back to the shop to report the damage. I was told to get a quote and that they would pay for the repair. They arranged payments with the bodyshop I got the quote from. I really do appreciate the shop taking accountability with the damage. I have always come here to get my tires changed since service is great, timely and very accommodating. This incident shows how much they really do take care of their customers. I will continue to come here to get my tires changed as I have before.
