    Very disappointed in this location. Came in early morning with an insurance claim. Waited over 4 hours and still no car! Manager kept saying 30 minutes and never gave an update until I went back in to office from sitting outside. He then tells me they didn't have any cars at the moment! If he had said that in the beginning I could have went to another location and not miss a day from work. Went to Joppa rd and was in and out in 15 minutes.

    AWFUL costumer service. Incompetent. I called yesterday to transfer a reservation to this location. I was told they were booked but I could pick up and suv tomorrow (today). I tell them I’ll be there at 5. The information is showing up in my GEICO app since this is a reservation through insurance. I go there today and am told my reservation was for yesterday at 5pm and that they have no cars available. How was my reservation for yesterday if I was told they were booked? I even confirmed with the man they were in fact booked yesterday…so again, how would I have a reservation for 5pm? I can’t say enough about how awful the costumer service and this experience was.
