I rented through Enterprise a 12 passenger van on their website to be picked at this location for November 6th. I was called on November 5th at 5:30 in the evening letting me know the van would not be there and no help in resolving this issue. The young man told me I could call around to see where I could find one. He did not offer any resolution or apology. I will never use Enterprise again! I did find another rental company that went out of their way to help me. I have always used this location in the past, but I will not in the future and will tell all I know about this bad experience.

My insurance covered the car rental for additional days and Enterprise was contacted by my insurance and the body shop and this information was updated in the system. I received several phone calls threatening that the rental car would be reported stolen if I did not return it. The rep for my insurance company stated she personally spoke to that person and he still proceeded to call me threatening to call the police! So rude and unprofessional. Never again will I rent from Enterprise!
