- DMDavid MahalaJan 4, 20265.0I was in a bind in the middle of a repair and called the store to see if they had the part I needed. The manager checked and confirmed they did. I told them I wouldn’t be able to get there before they closed and they said they would set the part aside with my name on it. I really appreciate that level of customer service. If you need auto parts, I’d definitely check out the Advance Auto Parts in North East, MD.

Stood infront of the girl at the counter for about 5 min holding product's to purchase and was completely ignored by both girls at the front. Just go to the walmart in the plaza its cheaper and they actually acknowledge their customers. No wonder this locations shelves were so baron. Probably will be put under by walmart in the next year and its not about product selection its over customer service and common decency.
