Had it been someone else serving me I may have not gone with the alternative tires. Because of his service, I am loyal to the suggestions he makes. I this day and age you're not going to find many who work in these customer contact positions who will show appreciation to the customers. You need to show your loyalty to this manager. He deserves a bonus.
