  Excellent service by Chris on a Sunday morning. Very convenient hours 7 days a week. I bought tires from Tire Rack and had Tire Choice do the installation. I requested an alignment, I didn't have any alignment issues but know it should be done with new tires. After the install Chris said the alignment was good, and since I didn't need one they didn't do it, nor did they charge me. I was pleasently surprised that I left spending less than planned! This type of customer service is, unfortunately, rare in service shops these days. I highly recommend Tire Choice.

  I had my car in for a check on a slow leak Chris was able to locate where other shops couldn’t. Tires were (4) years old and needed to be replaced. He offered me a good deal and I was off and running smoothly. Thanks 😊

  Chris took care of me as a walk in right before they closed. Kept the shop open late just to make sure I could make it home. Very helpful !

  Price was fair and honest, but they took an insane amount of time to get this done. Drop my car off Friday I knew I’d have to leave it overnight Told them I had to have the car ready by 11 AM the next day the technician told me he’d be in by 9 AM. Didn’t receive a call until about 10 o’clock saying they couldn’t find a wheel nut. Mind you this is a brand new car. I have not touched anything from the date. I bought it in the dealership. I told The technician that the key might be in the trunk. Proceeded not to call me back until 1 PM on Saturday. Well after I needed my car done….. Said he couldn’t find the key and then I needed to contact Hyundai. While making me do a runaround, it took me 24 hours to figure out if Hyundai even had a key because Sunday was Easter so I couldn’t get anything done beforehand. I get to my car on Monday after work and within 30 seconds I found the key lock in the back of the trunk It actually looked like it had been opened so potentially these guys found the key log, but then didn’t want to proceed forward with the work? All I know Was my tire was flat as can be on Monday the wheel lock was very easy to find in the backseat of my trunk . Worst part is as I live three minutes away I could have checked my trunk anytime, but if they told me they took my trunk and they know what they’re looking for. I would’ve thought it would would’ve been easy for them to find . (Mind you my trunk was full so appreciate if you just told me you didn’t wanna resettle through my trunk over keeping my car hostage ) . Overall, definitely some lazy workers here even when I dropped my car off on Friday around 6:30. The technicians were sitting around watching a TV episode.. They probably would’ve figured out that I had a tire log on Friday and could’ve resolved this issue that day Being so inattentive Just beware To be fair solid price

  We had a tire emergency basically right in front of store. Chris who was on duty arranged to have the tire replaced and we were back on the road in 2 hours from start of the tire problem. Chris was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Thanks for your help.
