The staff are always professional, and very knowledgeable of vehicles’ maintenance shortcomings. The staff is very experienced with many types of vehicles, and I really trust them.   I called on a Friday. Set my appointment up for Sunday at 430 pm. They outsource their calls to a place in India. They have no idea how to help you if you have to ask a real question. The person I spoke to on the phone informed me I could wait for my car in the establishment. When I got there I was informed even though I brought my own tires and showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment that it wouldn’t be done until the morning. It doesn’t take that long to do it. They were just being lazy. So I left and they didn’t even try to reschedule my appointment. Do no go here. They have the worst customer services I’ve ever encountered and I will be spending my money elsewhere even if it cost more. I would give them 0 stars if I could

  Brought them 2 high end forged aluminum wheels to get new tires mounted. They did a good job. Balanced them good. Used metal valve stems like i requested. Happy with their work. Seemed expensive but i guess theyre on par with the going rate for mounting tires.

  If I could give them a zero I would! After speaking to them on the phone and being told I could bring my car over to have a tire I had put on, they told me they would not use my tire and said it was used-I had to buy their crappy $60 tire for $180! My tire was brand new/never driven on-still had the sticker on the side sparkling white! So after paying for a tow to their shop I had to pay a second tow to a different shop, thankfully second shop was honest and fast and only charged me $20 to put my tire on.
