I will give 0 star on customer service because the employee from Ethiopia at the counter was so mean dated August 26, 2021 around 8:20 AM. I was trying to ask him in a nice way a change for a quarter but the way he responded to me was like I was stealing their money. This employee doesn’t know customer service. Very very disrespectful the way he answered and responded to me. I wonder, did he has good manners and right conduct? I wonder if this person is a legal immigrant here in the US? Immigration is coming one day at this branch to check on all of their employees if they are authorized to work here in the US. He was so disrespectful. I was so scared of him. He got out of the counter and came to me at the vacuum area and argue with me and acting like he wants to punch me. I was so scared and did not finish my vacuum and leave as fast as I can. That was scary moment. The man from Ethiopia who is the employee of Sunoco Gas Station was ready to fight. I will never buy gas nor do a vacuum at this branch. I am scared of that employee from Ethiopia.
