I was at the counter asking for an estimate, and he said, "Are you going to get your oil changed or not, because I have other customers to greet." First, NO ONE was behind me - to be honest and fair, he just finished a car. Second, I was up there for about 4 minutes. He said they don't offer Senior Discounts and acted like he was doing me a favor to take a $7 off coupon they have to honor BY LAW as I was comparing basic oil change prices versus signature change. If they hire disrespectful kids like this, who don't get customer service and respect of consumers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
