Both cars got oil changes, air filters were pulled out and when replaced the clips were not clipped down on either car. The windshield washer fluid was not filled on either car. The tire caps were not tight on either car. Few miles and they would have fallen off. One car went in at 8am the next car went in at 10am. More people but same issues on both cars. Jiffy Lube is good for a fast oil change. Trust is a question... Are they filling the fluids, are they checking the tires air, are they cleaning the windows, and are they vacuuming the floor. Major questions for everyone to check and watch...
- RFRichard FDec 11, 20251.0I give this Jiffy Lube 1 star, because that is the minimum Google will allow. On August 28, 2025, I received an oil change and tire rotation here. On November 12, 2025, I was driving down I-70 when one of my lug nuts came off, also causing my hub cab to go flying off the road (I lost both). I was completely confused at the moment what had happened (as it was very loud), pulled over, and remained stranded on the side of the interstate for a while. After ascertaining what had occurred, I was able to get the car into a shop, where they informed me that the people who had rotated my tires, did not torque the lug nuts, eventually leading to this unfortunate incident, and causing me to miss an entire day of work. I immediately called Jiffy Lube at 7:40 a.m. and spoke with the manager there at the time for 3 minutes and 51 seconds, explaining to him what had happened. He was able to look into his computer system and even see the employee who hadn’t torqued my lug nuts and said he would provide him a “retraining,” as this is something “they are always supposed to do.” This manager apologized to me and stated that my next oil change and tire rotation was on Jiffy Lube. Additionally, he said if the shop that worked on my car that morning charged me anything, that Jiffy Lube would comp it. The receipt for this repair reflects the cost was $20. Even though it caused me to miss an entire day of work, I felt that Jiffy Lube was doing their best to compensate the incident, and was satisfied with the manager’s response. Today, December 11, 2025, I returned to that Jiffy Lube, as it was time for an oil change. They did not compensate the oil change or $20 repair cost and added that they did not believe that I had actually had this conversation with the Jiffy Lube manager on November 12th. I have never been so insulated in my entire life. I do not write this review in any way to be vindictive. That facts are 100% true and I advise everyone to avoid this Jiffy Lube. Thank you for your time.
