    I have always rented from Enterprise and never had any issues until I rented from the one in Mount Airy Maryland. The manager there was . He very rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life dealt with a business who did not treat their customers with respect. He would speak over top of me and not let me finish what I am saying and then use the lord's name in vain why talking to me on the phone very disappointed and Enterprise and who they have working for their company. They need to do a training on 101 customer service with this person.

    I called to extend another week, Matt told me I needed to come in to put it on another credit card, then while hanging up, he tells everyone there, that lady owes so much money, as if its my fault I got rear ended and the shop has had my car since Oct 1st. He did not need to announce that to everyone there. He was extremely rude and should be terminated. You don't tell other peoples business to everyone there. I WAS OUTRAGED! Don't ever deal with Matt, he is a really rude person. Im disgusted by him.
