He very rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life dealt with a business who did not treat their customers with respect. He would speak over top of me and not let me finish what I am saying and then use the lord's name in vain why talking to me on the phone very disappointed and Enterprise and who they have working for their company. They need to do a training on 101 customer service with this person.
