  Great service from beginning to end! Helped to diagnosis several things my car needed and it was great quality care and great customer service. They also were very accommodating to my schedule! This will be my new car place!!!

  Professional and great customer service. I took my car for an engine coolant leak test. I was provided with a list of engine repairs that needed to be done and was educated about which repairs needed done asap. The price was perfect and I came out a better informed customer. One very special detail about my experience was a handwritten card thanking me for choosing their business. Awesome!

  Found a screw in my tire so called Dynamic Automotive in Mount Airy and they told me I could come right in. The technician looked at the car quickly and it turned out the screw didn't break through the tire. Was still expecting to be charged but they didn't. A+ customer service!! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you so much!!!

  We had such a great experience with Dynamic Automotive in Mount Airy. We originally brought our car in for an issue that had been quoted elsewhere at over $1,000 to fix. Instead of just doing the repair, their team took the time to research it thoroughly and discovered there was actually a TSB on the problem — meaning it could be repaired at the dealership at no cost to us. That level of honesty is rare and incredibly appreciated. We initially started going to Dynamic because they’re conveniently close to home, but we’ll continue going back because they’ve earned our trust. It’s clear they truly look out for their customers. Highly recommend!
