I left the store very disappointed because what I experienced is not what a customer expected from any employee at that store.

The young male was a fast typist signing me up for the rewards program and asked was there anything else needed there. I miss the kind of professional service. Awesome and outstanding service.

I came into buy a filter and oil and I overheard him being rude to 3 or more customers while I was there. I paid no mind to it but when it was my turn to pay he started being rude to me too. I triggered him and told him what he needed to be told to get humbled and he almost attacked me. His female coworker had to hold him back to prevent him from attacking me, could you imagine the lawsuit that would’ve been? Anyway it’s a name I’m not coming to this store anymore even though it’s right around the corner from my house. Victor you still suck and I hope you and your manager know it !

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
