  Great experience! Went there spontaneously on Monday bc hubby and I were off and actually had both cars available, mine needed an oil change. Was expecting not to get in at such short notice, but quite the contrary! My car was taken right away and finished easily within the time it took us to come back. Everyone there was very friendly, courteous and efficient! I think it's worth giving places like this more reviews, since they are way more important than restaurants etc. - these people are taking care of our cars, which most of us need daily!! PS: Another thing that I found worth mentioning - my husband asked the member of staff whether we should get a tire rotation (costs extra), and the employee took a look and said we could hold off until next time - I love it when people don't try to upsell!! if you take your car to the dealership for routine maintenance, they seem to feel the need to do everything under the sun....

  My experience at this Jiffy Lube location was unfortunately not reassuring. Before the service started, I specifically asked for the price and was told $99.99 for a full synthetic oil change. Based on that, I agreed and went inside to wait. After quoting the $99.99 price, they mentioned—as they often do at this location—that they did not have the correct oil filter for my Volvo. Because this happens frequently here, I had brought my own filter as a backup and told them they could use it, which they did. Despite this, I was never informed during the service that there would be any additional charges. No one came to let me know that extra fees would apply or explained why. After the service was completed, I was charged $125 at the register. Even though they used my own oil filter, which is worth at least $10, the invoice showed only a $2 discount. The extra $25 charge was never clearly explained or communicated beforehand. The issue is not the price itself, but the lack of transparency and communication. A shop that regularly services vehicles should have the proper filters available, and if additional costs are involved, customers should be clearly informed before being charged. For these reasons, I was not satisfied with this experience.

  Came in for an oil change and was not greeted by anyone. Workers just stared at my car from inside the garage for a couple of minutes without coming out. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service, so I took my business elsewhere. Headed to the location on Ritchie Ave where I was promptly greeted and given amazing, efficient service! TLDR; don’t come here in the morning or you won’t get serviced
