  Terrible Management. They messed up my fuel engine line & ruined my oil pan/ change. Took it to the dealership & Valvoline at this location was not accepting accountability, when they was last people i took my car too. I had to pay a fortune to get it fixed. The two managers: Darryl & Eric & area manager: Chris were so disrespectful & rude. & should not be in any manage role at all.

  I would like to give and outstanding review to this place and its employees, I am a widow and I've come to this place on 2 separate occasions and the young men at this place took such good care of my care as if it was there own vehicle, the owner of the place filled my tires and fixed a broken piece under my car. These guy's are totally amazing and so very kind .thank you for being such great people. I will be going back for my oil changes and any other things they can help me with my car.   I came for an oil change 02/26 approximately 5:30pm and I told the supervisor I only have $93 that covers the oil change 3 times and he decided to snatch my air filter out and try to force me to pay more than what I have and I never told him I wanted it removed since leaving I developed a respiratory issue that caused me to have trouble breathing , sore throat and a Migraine after my experience I will not be returning for any future services

  Eu tive uma ótima experiência aqui ontem. Eu fui trocar o limpador do para-brisas do meu carro. Uma das palhetas de silicone quebrou naquele dia devido à neve pessadíssima no vidro frontal. Então, precisei de um reparo rápido no meu carro. Acabei trocando o óleo, calibrando meus pneus e também trocando o filtro do ar no motor. O processo foi rápido e os mecânicos foram muito prestativos. Eu passei, no máximo, cerca de meia hora lá; o preço dos serviços saiu mais na contra do que eu tinha imaginado. Gastei $278 por aí e valeu muito a pena: a experiência foi muito rápida e fiquei muito satisfeito.

  Second time coming to this location, will definitely be returning! The representative who assisted me, Amari, was incredibly helpful, very informative and patient with me and my little knowledge of car maintenance. He did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, but did do a great job informing me of different things I can do to keep up with maintenance that I was unaware of before. He kept me updated during the whole process of getting my oil changed, and even helped shake out the leaves from the floor mat while changing the cabin air filter which was very kind. Overall a very pleasant experience!
