- JJJACAZZA JONESOct 6, 20254.0Pulled up on a Saturday morning around 10:30, each bay had a vehicle in service, one waiting and there were 2 or 3 cars in line in front of me 🤷🏾♀️ I'm not a morning person anyway so I didn't cry about it. I sat patiently until I was directed to pull behind a vehicle - maybe 25/30mins. The actual service probably took another hour but I got an oil change, cabin air filter replacement (they were out of my air filter so that'll be a return visit soon) AND tire rotation, while playing a game on my phone. They put air in all 5 tires, undermounted spare included 😊 Not to mention, Austin and Amari (and everybody else I spoke to, but didn't get their name) were awesome - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I even learned something about Bruce (as in Banner, my Army Green 4Runner...don't judge me).

I had a supervisor and the car technician arguing over top of me. They installed the wrong air filter in my car and did not put the casing back in it properly and I had to take it to a mechanic. When installing the cabin air filter which started the argument between the supervisor and the car technician. The technician did not put the paneling back together inside of my car properly. I will never come back to a Valvoline ever again. This is possibly the worst company I have ever seen.
