Last month I had a routine oil change that resulted in a crack in my oil filter housing/assembly. When I noticed oil leaking on my driveway we took the jeep to a trusted independent mechanic who diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately we had to pay a fortune to have this part replaced, and Valvoline is not accepting the fact that this occurred as a result of a poor oil change. Very disappointed customer. I will never take my Jeep here again!
