  This rental place is out in Waldorf, not Mechanicsville. A whole afternoon wasted running around trying to find it. Just a heads up. We had to cancel everything.

  The rep upon arrival was courteous and amazing to work with. After having an accident and having to get a rental for the first time, this was a great interaction. From answering our concerns to following up to our questions and even making sure we were comfortable before we left is a definite ten star.

  Renting a car at Enterprise Rent A Car was an easy process from beginning to end. Great customer service. Will definitely rent from them in the future.

  I needed my due to a accident and had a hard getting a car available to me and when they did finally gave me a car it smelled like cigarette smoke.
