  My truck rental at Enterprise was the best I've experience with a great reasonable rate and mileage fees. Good customer service from the associate. It has been years since I have rented a vehicle from any rental car service . Things got off rough at first but Enterprise came through and got me on my way. 👍

  I had an amazing experience at the Marlow Heights Enterprise location thanks to Kayla Williams, the Branch Manager. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Kayla was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, making me feel valued as a customer the entire time. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. She handled everything efficiently, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I left completely confident and happy with my rental. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly puts people first — but that’s exactly who Kayla is. If you’re renting a car in the area, I highly recommend visiting the Marlow Heights Enterprise and asking for Kayla Williams. She’s a true example of outstanding customer service and leadership.
