From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Kayla was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, making me feel valued as a customer the entire time. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. She handled everything efficiently, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I left completely confident and happy with my rental. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly puts people first — but that’s exactly who Kayla is.   Kayla and Mr. T were a pleasure to work with, and made sure we had what we needed to get the job done. Truck and Van were both in good shape and had no issues over a two week rental.
