  On April 9, 2026 I came in the shop with a busted tire that was off the rim. It was 435 pm. I ask the receptionist who was a male and very nasty if I can get my tire fix. He said not today come back tomorrow. I ask him to look at it he say wait he came outside and saw that the tire was off the rim he say the best I can do for you is come back tomorrow I said sir I have no way of getting back or going home I have a 40 mins drive. He said “that has nothing to do with me that on you “. I ask him where is the closest tire shop and he told me Meinke. I went to Meinke and they did a wonderful job. As well as they were shock that the man allow me as a female to leave the shop like that with a baby in my car. Poor Customer service from Mr tire shop on York road. When I google and call customer they told me there were available appointments for that same store at 5 pm. I told the lady on the phone ma’am. Are you at a call center she said yes. I said ok thank you. Please cancel my appointment because the guy told me in person no appointment for today. She said I’m sorry. All in all Mr tire need to treat customers better and hire better happy front line staff.

  I came to this location for a second opinion about new tires. Was quickly taken care of by a friendly team led by the manger, Chris. He was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very honest about what services I needed/didn’t need and was willing to prove it to me for peace of mind. I don’t need car services often, but absolutely will be returning to see the team at this location. Could not recommend more. It was easy to book appointments, easy to get ahold of them for questions and very easy to communicate with them at the store. 35/10

  7-11am appointment not completed until 615pm. Poor communication from sales associate about delays. Personal interaction with Mr Tire employee did not instill the feeling/perception that customer service was a concern. Tire cost and quality was as expected.

  Customer service representative was not very friendly. I had a tire leak fixed. But I do not believe the tires were filled with air after the leak was sealed.

  This place was great and helped me so quickly. They got me an appt 30 mins from calling and quickly helped me with the nail in my tire.
