  Great staff and gets it done quick with walk-ins available. I had an issue with what I was told by the corporate call center (when you call their number you probably aren’t talking to this location) but they resolved it very nicely and quickly. Would come back.

  I had a nail in my tire and NTB was able to get me right in to have it looked at. Chris was so helpful and took time to explain to me all my options, he was very knowledgeable and had great customer service! I was able to leave my car and pick it up in just a few hours, they made a stressful morning smooth and easy. I will definitely be returning to this location!

  Highly recommend NTB for those wanting great customer & vehicle service with honest mechanics. Travoris and Nate got me out of a pinch quickly and I felt well taken care of. Will be going back for all my auto needs.

  The manager Cory is amazing. He made the whole process quick and stress-free. I came in not really knowing what I needed, and he walked me through my options without any pressure. Super honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend asking for him every time!

  I needed to drive my husband’s truck on an upcoming trip, but after all the cold weather the tires were low on air. I stopped in to the Timonium NTB and they quickly filled all the tires up. Not only that, but one of the stems needed to be replaced and they were able to do it on the spot. Initially, I was worried this would delay my trip, but I was in and out of there in about a half hour. 10/10 would recommend.
