  Came in to get come work done one my car the guys were quick and efficient I’m very satisfied with the work that was provided and the manager Courey kept me informed throughout the whole process and explained everything to me I’ll Definitely be a returning customer

  I came into the lutherville location the store manager Courey helped me out he was very knowledgeable and professional based off my experience with him and his team I’ll definitely be back

  I made an appointment at this location to buy four tires for my work van. They said it would take about an hour after an hour and a half they came out and told me that they could not balance my tires and that I could take it down the street to another NTB location that Would at no charge balance my tires due to my inconvenience. I looked into the garage and they had only put one of my tires on the rims. It took them another hour to put the other three tires on the rims and put them on my truck. I was there almost 3 hours, then I drove to the other location to get my tires balanced. They said they would not balance them at no charge. They would balance them for $100 I told them no thank you I would not give NTB anymore of my money it was very disappointing.

  I was from out of state on business and had a leak in my tire so I brought my vehicle here to get it plugged. I told them I was in a rush as I had business to attend to, they said no problem I'd be in and out since they had no other customers, after almost 45 minutes they came and told me they couldn't plug it and I needed a new tire and sensor because my light on dash was on but said if I didn't buy 2 tires it could mess up my vehicle. So I purchased 2 tires and 2 sensors and reminded them I was in a rush and wanted the tire light on the dash off once they replaced everything and they said no problem. It took them over an hour to change the tires and multiple employees standing around chatting. I paid 500 dollars for something that could of easily gotten plugged and I got in the vehicle and my lights where still on, so I called and said I had to run to a meeting but I'd be back. Went in a few hours later they brought it into the shop, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and finally an employee came and said they had to charge there computer to reset the sensors. About 40 minutes after that they came back and said I had to drive it for 1 mile at 40 mph to rest it. So complete waste of my time and after all of that I drove home 7 hours and my lights still on. Definitely avoid at all costs. They could have just plugged my tire but decided to upsell and take advantage of me because they knew I was in a rush.
