  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service and quality work. I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment, and everything was handled professionally. The staff explained the process clearly, the service was quick, and my vehicle feels much better after the alignment. Fair pricing and great experience overall. Highly recommend this place.

  Came in Sunday morning in need of a tire repair. Travoris immediately waited on me, and took care of the tire right away! Place is super clean and super professional. Will definitely return for future services!

  So I recently went to NTB at the Cockeysville location for an oil change. I decided to stay and wait for the oil change to be completed. While in the waiting area I had a clear view of my SUV while it was being serviced in the bay area. I watched the entire time while the technician performed the oil change. I did not see him change my oil filter and when he lowered my SUV back down and started to put new oil back into my car I went to person up front (assuming he might have been the manager) and asked if an oil filter was included as part of the oil change and he said it was (which I knew it was). I then told him I was pretty sure that the person working on my car did not replace it or he said he would go talk to him. He did and came back and told me it had been changed then I asked if i could see the old one they took off. The reason for this is because my SUV takes a filter cartridge not a traditional filter so this would be easy for me to identify the one of came off of my vehicle. The person I was speaking to went to the bay and asked the person who had worked on my car to show me the one he had taken off and I could see him scrambling to find one. He came up to me and showed me a filter that was from another vehicle (traditional oil filter) and this is when I called him out and stated that my SUV doesn't take this kind of filter. I even showed him a picture of it when didn't look like anything he had in his hand claiming that came off of my SUV. This is when they said they they would change it again and insisted that he had been changed. If this were the case it would have been so easy for him to show me the correct filter since it had just been removed from my car. They did put my SUC back up on the lift and ultimately replace the filter but had I not been watching the whole time they would have gotten away with not replacing it. Please be aware. You may not be getting the service you are paying for. I will not go back to this location again.

  Had a great experience with Assistant Manager, Shawn. Took my car in for what I thought was a quick oil change and found out my front calipers had almost rusted through. Shawn was very patient with me and worked with me to keep the price affordable and educate me on the safety risks of not having the job done. I am admittedly a woman who doesn't know much about cars - it's nice to have a neighborhood shop that you can trust not to take advantage. Top tier in my book!!
