  The store manager Chris was very down to earth and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my car without any pressure. The services were reasonably priced. I would recommend this location!

  Chris, the manager was fantastic. My car was serviced immediately. Chris did not charge me to plug my tire. I would highly recommend this Mr. Tire because of Chris!! Such a professional and kind man!!

  I ordered tires from an Online retailer and was offered to have them shipped and installed here. 3 hours after installation, I had a flat tire! They “repaired it” but the next morning it was flat again. I went straight to the garage and asked them to fix it for me. Their reply “Im too busy to help you out today. It’s not something i can help you with.” Absolutely terrible customer service here. It doesn’t take long to make something right, especially a bad tire installation. And thats the difference between retaining customers and losing them. You lost at least one customer today.
