  I had a flat tire very simple fix as the hole was not near the side wall of the tire. I use to work at a tire and lube business and I’ve patched plenty of tires….needless to say the patch plug leaked. I dealt with it for about 2 weeks having to fill the tire on a regular basis. I made some time in my schedule to bring the tire back I explained that I have checked it and the tire is leaking at their plug/patch. You would think they would make an effort to fix the tire ASAP I asked the guy at the front desk if it would be ready by the end of the day he said yeah I’ll get it I . I never received a call so I drove by the next day. I show up around noon only to find they have not fixed my tire!!!! This is not a big process as I went the extra mile and dropped the tire/wheel off. Personally I think this should have been handled better now I’m being told it might be finished by the end of the day…..they close at 5. I leave work at 330 and live an hour away. I believe they should have told me to hold on a couple minutes so they could go in a knock it out. It shouldn’t take more than 20 min to break the tire down and redo the plug patch. This is a pretty big inconvenience considering I’m supposed to drive 6 hours tomorrow. I do not write reviews but this was pretty annoying since I know it’s a 15-20 min job and they are the ones who didn’t do it right the first time. Thanks!!!

  The Hillen team has always been very courteous and responsive. They were also nimble on their feet with smaller repairs, specifically patching a tire the same day with only a short notice.

  My experience involved state safety inspection for two cars associated with a relocation from Va to Md. I had read how hard it was to pass state inspections and was quite concerned. While both cars failed, Hillen appropriately discover badly need breaks on one car after 56,000 miles on the original set, and a muffler on my 2011 Sequoia that badly required replacement. While naturally I had hoped for a “ clean bill of health,” these deficiencies were appropriately diagnose and I appreciate avoiding potentially very unsafe results without these repairs. I was very please with the waiting area, friendly and excellent service.

  I obliterated my driver side front tire trying to be a nice guy, allowing an elder lady to go ahead of me in a parking lot. I limped to work on my ruined tire. From there I called Hillen Tire (my new tire guys) the next day they connected me to a towing company who took my RAV4 to Hillen Tire where the staff assessed the situation, informed me of my options, the price of the repair and how long it would take them to produce a superior repair and result. The staff were professional, polite and very personable. The price for FOUR QUALITY NAME BRAND tires was a bargain at twice the price. Seriously Hillen MUST be a particularly well run business to make money doing that level of work for that price. I can't sing Hillens praises loudly enough. Great staff, service, price and product. They've been around for AGES, so they're well known and established. I went there 10,000 years ago with my grandfather to get some kind of repair to his FORD MAVERICK thats how long ago it was. Whether you know it or not Hillen Tire should be your next garage. Go and see for yourself. I am NOT a paid spokesman for ANYBODY, HILLEN their associated Towing company or the brand of tires I bought.

  Unprofessionalism at its finest. 0 accountability, will waste all your time with zero care in the world. Called the day prior to see if an appointment was needed was told no just bring in your vehicle. Brought in vehicle at 11am mind you this is for an alignment not an engine swap. 3pm rolls around, I call was told yes it will be done by closing 5pm. Get there at 4:30 only to be told sorry can’t get to it. I had to get a ride back and forth to this place but nope they could care less . My frustrations are not with the service person my #1 frustration is at the owner who was there the entire time who I’m sure will chime in below this review talking about “ customer service “. You don’t belong in business if you can’t take responsibility. Over booked yourself ok fine it happens but take some responsibility and guess what if that means you have to stay 45 min later god forbid welcome to life but nope he could care less. They can have you run back and forth but oh you can’t stay later to fix your mess oh ok solid business. I also want to point out the excessive positive reviews of this place , is this how a 5 star 900 reviewed business operates? I think not and I would tread carefully. But go ahead bud let’s hear your excuses let’s hear about your customer service … stage is yours
