I love that they text me and check in every once in a while to make sure everything is okay, it comes off very personal and caring not an automatic message or fishing for business. They always call me and get permission and tell me the price if they find something else wrong before they fix it so nothing is a surprise. They stay open a little late for me when I can’t make it within their normal hours because my drive home from work is a little bit long. They are always quick and communicate about everything. I recommend them alll the time!

- KPKeith PetersOct 24, 20253.0Everyone was polite and respectful. I had a MD state inspection completed. The report shared a pulsation when applying the breaks, the rotors rusty and below specs. I had driven the car for 40 miles before the MSI and did not feel any pulsation. I brought my car to my shop. They showed me the rotors. The was no evidence of rust on any of the rotors. The rear were in ok shape, the front showed no signs of wear. Upon the reinspection that passed, the registration store found that the VIN was off by a keystroke, which made it necessary to return and have Hillen check. They found the typo and fixed it. I got my car registered.
