  We had been in a rental for almost a year and everywhere that we went to buy a car either lied to us to get us in the door or had outrageous. Interest rates displaced will get you in a car. They do not lie from the start to finish everything is exactly how they say. It will be. They don’t try to finagle you or haggle you what their prices are is what their prices are. The team was amazing buying an old car for me and selling me a new car and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be back.

  I have never experienced the service from a car sales team like I did when I purchased my Ford Bronco at Enterprise Car Sales in Timonium, MD. The sales associate who worked with me, Kelvin Alexander made the entire process to purchase the car I wanted a breeze. He answered all my questions, helped me with financing, and completed the sale in about an hour (from test drive to printing sales paperwork). I was on a tight timeline that day with other commitments, but his efficiency and eagerness to assist me with every step of the process was both commendable and greatly appreciated. I never felt pressured at any point during the process. The car was ready for pick-up later the same day, but I know if I could have waited a little longer I would have been driving my car off the lot when I left. Kelvin and the rest of the team truly changed my feelings about car shopping. It was a pleasure to work with the Enterprise Timonium team and I recommend Kelvin and the team for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the Baltimore area.

  When a miracle and a blessing align, you’re sent people who know exactly what you need to get you through a rough spot. I experienced a total loss on my vehicle and already with impending issues arising from that occurrence—I was both expecting things to get better…and hoping things wouldn’t get worse! Working with Kalvin Alexander and Steve Stokes was the combo that I needed to address this unexpected loss. These two professionals asked me what I needed and they presented me with the new car I’ve working to have for years!! Kalvin even educated me on the differences between the old Jeeps and the newer models (as a Jeep was a suggested vehicle). Nonetheless, with the kindness and professionalism offered by both of these salesman, I walked away with joy as a result of entertaining their office with hope! Thank you Steve for understanding my situation and thank Kalvin for helping me find my dream car. Merry Christmas!!
