Someone (the manager?) shouted, "come back for that when we're not busy" - like I know when that is. I'm sorry, I need to do these things when I have the time, not at your convenience. A few minutes later I was asked if I would like my transmission fluid changed and told to expect this to take several minutes if I agreed to do it. Wait a minute... you are too busy to give me the service I need (tire rotation), but offering to up-sell me a time consuming transmission fluid change? At least the oils change was fast...
