  At Enterprise Lexingtion Park, I am always treated like a VIP. The pick up and return service is simple, fast, and thorough. No issues and a positive experience every time.

  This company takes reservations for vehicles they don’t have. After I was told by a competitor that they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved 3 weeks prior, I called Enterprise… they took my reservation, I asked them if they were certain they had the vehicle I needed in their inventory currently, they said yes- I get there and the staff tells me they don’t have a vehicle for me. Trash company, trash system, the employees at the business were nice but the system this company uses to book reservations is garbage.

  Very accommodating customer service at the Lexington Park Enterprise location! ...I've had to rent a vehicle for the past 4-5 weeks due to mine being in the shop for repair. Long story short, Enterprise was very accommodating with price, etc. throughout the insurance-to-personal rental policy process...and just being good stewards to their business! ...there's two employees (Raven & Derek) at Lexington Park, whom were very personable, accommodating and pleasure to do business with. They should be promoted for their very high customer service, and modeled after!!! Thank you Enterprise!

  While the cars are clean, it is almost impossible to obtain a car or even the one you want. On Monday, a reservation was made for an SUV. The next day, I was supposed to be picked up and taken to the Lexington Park location to obtain the SUV that was reserved. I called Enterprise after waiting for 30 minutes only to be told I live "too far," there is no car available and there may not be one until the afternoon or Wednesday afternoon. The employee stated he would call me when a vehicle was ready, however, I would still need to find a way to get there. By Wednesday evening, I still have not heard from Enterprise. I called insurance (who set up the reservation) Thursday and informed them of what had transpired over the couple of days prior. The claims rep spoke with Enterprise, and, according to the rep, Enterprise had documented in their system that I was in a vehicle already - hence the no phone call. Enterprise called me Thursday late afternoon shortly after the call with insurance. I was able to set up a reservation for Friday (today) at 11. Upon arrival, no vehicle was ready. Not only was no vehicle ready, they did not know when they would have an SUV again. I was asked if a Camry would be okay, and I agreed. Some time has passed (maybe 10 minutes), and they have a Corolla ready for me. I did express my displeasure with the vehicle and frustration about this not being the vehicle i reserved or agreed to. (Please keep in mind I had a Tesla Model 3 Preformance involved in an accident, and the rental is supposed to be the "equivalent" of that). After some conversation, I was told the Corolla was my only option, and I could continue to call back periodically over the rental term to see if another vehicle is available. I am very unhappy with my experience. A reservation was made for a vehicle, yet it was never available even after making TWO reservations several days apart. I understand vehicle supply may be limited, however, reservation should not be allowed if there are no vehicles available. Its that simple - If you do not have a vehicle, do not allow people to make the reservation for said vehicle. On top of that, I am completely blown away by the lack of communication. I should have been informed no one was coming (I even took off work to make sure I was available for the pick-up time), and again, the reservation should have never been made if the service was unavailable (referring to me being picked up). I am so incredibly displeased with my experience thus far. I am completely baffled by the way business is being handled, and the lack of organization. It makes a difficult situation even more difficult when I thought the rental was going to be the easy part.
